After 40 days of crossing the sea, KS 850-TC successfully arrived at the customer's factory in Los Angeles, USA. With the close cooperation of the customer, engineers went to the United States for installation and commissioning. After a 14-hour long flight from Hong Kong, it arrived in Los Angeles, USA in the afternoon local time.

The customer is a large printing and packaging company in Los Angeles, purchased the world's and domestic top post-printing equipment, after a 7 days installation and commissioning, the captain who participated in the training said that the training benefited a lot, enhanced the professional knowledge of equipment practical operation, but also solved some problems that troubled him, and learned a lot of practical operation skills. In the last two days, the operation captain was able to operate the machine independently, and the work became more convenient. The person in charge of the customer expressed his sincere thanks to our company's efficient service and stable equipment, and will cooperate more closely in the future.

Feeder Section

Special system makes the feeding belt be adjusted individually and easily.Independent vibration motor system enhances the feeding quality. Feeding knife and flap on left and right can be adjusted up and down as one set which can shorten the changing time.

Calibration Section

This part just follows the folding machine technical with new calibration part. Keep one box side as the base and ensure the products in the same line when running.

Double side tape and tearing tape sticking

Sticking table use lengthen platform and deliver the products on conveyor belt. Equipped with the special mounting bracket, and it is very convenient to adjust by the straight tracker.

Label Sticking

With the special vacuum suction platform, the delivery is more smooth and sticking more precise.

Conveyor Section

Scale type collection with counting system simplify the collection.
