It is worth mentioning that when the end customer temporarily changed the delivery plan, the customer order is about to be delivered in advance, in order to ensure the smooth delivery of customers, the company's foreign trade Department colleagues raced against time, at all costs, and finally chose the expensive fast ship, shorten the time, and arrived at Jakarta port in Indonesia, at noon on November 5 local time.

Then the after-sales engineer flew to Jakarta on November 9, 2024, and after a 7-day on-site installation, commissioning and training, the machine was successfully delivered and accepted by adhering to the company's high-quality and convenient service concept. In the last two days of practical operation, the captain was able to operate the machine independently, and the work became more convenient. The person in charge of the customer expressed his sincere thanks to our company's efficient service and stable equipment, and will cooperate more closely in the future.
